John Whittingdale visited the Memory Lane event at West Hanningfield Village Hall as part of Village Halls Week.
John met Derek Paxman and other Trustees of the Hall as well as Cllr Sue Dobson and Sue Gibson of Rural Council for Communities in Essex. John looked at the exhibition on the history of the Hall and also discussed plans for a brand new Hall which are currently under development.
